The evening will begin with a guided Chakra Nidra meditation led by Summer. This meditation will take you through the chakra centers, facilitating deep relaxation while staying aware. Following the meditation, Kat will lead a cacao ceremony. Summer and Kat will then guide you through an intentional seasonal bundle-making project you can take home and use throughout the winter season.
