Rose Petal  Infused Honey Recipe


Fresh or dried rose petals, sufficient to pack your jar

Raw, organic honey

Small glass jar with lid


Fill the jar, packed tightly with rose petals

Pour the honey over the petals in the jar. If honey is crystallized, you may need to lightly warm it

Stir all to remove air bubbles

Keep adding honey, as needed until the rose petals are completely covered

Leave on the counter with a lid to infuse for a full moon cycle

Use as is or strain out the petals if you prefer before using. Use your rose infused honey in tea, on cereals, in deserts, cacao, on bread, or even on your face for a healing and softening mask.
